My awesome weekend

Friday, Saturday and Sunday was terrific. Travelling up north on Friday to watch kapahaka. Travelled back to Hamilton for my aunties(grandmas) seventieth and to watch the Olympics opening ceremony, then travelled to Cambridge to attend a netball tournament.

  5. At the netball tournament, we lost one game to Eastern waikato, It was disspointing but I enjoyed myself. Kapahaka was really good too, Raukura(Rotorua Boys & Girls High school) Came Fifth, and Te roopu Manaaki(Western heights, also a rotorua secondary school) came fourth,l overall they were great to watch and were fantastic result to hear. Yes Amy, the party was fun, but i had to leave at ten o clock because i had a netball tournament the next day. The netball tournament to me, was abit hard especially the team we lost to.

  8. It's a tournament so all rep teams get to play eachother. We have teams from hamilton, gisborne and so on, just so we can keep getting games, and working on our skills. Most of all it's to decide who wins out of that area, most of Rotorua teams go to Waikato area games because we only attend very little tounaments. The Kapahaka competition was to decide who's the best kapahaka group in New Zealand for secondary schools.

  10. The kapahaka was quite fun to watch, but the venue was awfull. The size of the arena is the same size as about the RIS school gym -___-
